 8 week term - 2 hour lesson each week
Beginners Class
During this course you will learn the techniques of leadlight and copper foil construction. Materials will be supplied for your first two set projects while you learn the following techniques. The first project is an A3 sized leadlight panel chosen from a selection of five designs. The second project is a copper foil sun catcher also chosen from five designs. These will take about 7 hrs to complete and then you can start your own project under our guidance. We will also help you choose and purchase your glass. Once these first 2 projects are completed, you can choose and begin your 3rd project. Students usually complete all three projects during the 8 week course. Students will need a set of tools, which can be purchased from us, at the beginning of the course.

Intermediate Class This course will expand your knowledge and skills in stained glass. You will choose and work on your own project under the watchful eye of your teacher who will be present for advise and assistance. Projects include Tiffany lamps, boxes, kaleidoscopes, mirrors and challenging leadlight construction. Staff can assist you with your choice of project and glass selection.
