All artwork is undertaken with the understanding that once the artwork is signed and dated any inaccuracies are the responsibility of the customer.

Formats

All material must be supplied either on CD or through emails, with font names and PMS, Pantone or Dulux colour codes where possible. A colour printout sample would be most appreciated. Scaled positional artwork must be submitted for all signs and must indicate where the holes are to be placed and the exact location required for all logos, images, words etc from the edges of the glass pane.

Preferred (In preferred order)

· Generic EPS file (RGB - 300 dpi), Press ready PDF (300 dpi) (Vector style).

· Illustrator EPS (save as Illustrator 9 and convert text to outlines before supplying). Ensure any placed images are embedded into file.

· DFX or PLT drafting files.

· Bromide quality artwork of any logos or images.

· QuarkXpress and Indesign (all images, artwork and fonts used in job, must be supplied with file).

· JPG or GIF files are accepted under the understanding that the artwork will need time consuming cleaning and the price will reflect this.

· Printouts or letterheads with the understanding that scanning and cleaning the image will length the time needed to do the artwork and the price will reflect this.

File and file types not accepted

· Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint unless unavoidable.

Helpful Hints

· Our design team will work with you to find the best solution for your project.

· The artwork will only be as good a quality as the artwork you give us.

· Your choice of glass can affect the colouring of your product. Clear float glass has a slight green tinge. Starphire while slightly more expensive will give a truer colour.

· All hardware can be supplied by Spectrum Art Glass.

· Delivery and installation is available where appropriate.
